Submitting an application through the portal costs nothing. If a consultancy service charge applies to the country you apply to, it appears in your own account as an invoice with our bank details, and you pay it whenever you are ready. The university's own application or deposit fee is separate and only comes due when the university asks for it.

Usually your passport copy, academic transcripts and diploma, a recent photograph and an English language certificate where the course requires one. Your case owner sends you an exact checklist by email.

Many partner universities accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter from your previous institution, or offer a pre-sessional English course. Courses that accept MOI are marked clearly on the course page.

Most universities answer within 2 to 6 weeks of receiving a complete file. Deadlines differ by intake and are published on the deadlines page of this website.

Yes. You can submit several applications from one account and track every case separately, each with its own status, documents and email history.

Payout terms are covered by the partner agreement you sign with us and are shown as a percentage inside your own agency portal.
