Eligibility General eligibility according to the UAS Act (Section 25). Institution wording: 'in most cases, you are eligible to apply for Bachelor's level studies in Finland if you are eligible to apply for higher education in your home country.' Discretionary selection is also used when applying with SAT or OMPT test scores. Tuition is 12000 EUR per academic year. Programme pages state: 'Tuition fees 12 000 € for non EU / EEA citizens'.
