Eligibility Holders of an Indian four year Bachelor's degree with at least 52% will be considered for postgraduate study. The requirement will vary depending on the examination board and course applied for. Law or cognate degree IELTS: 6.5 (minimum 5.5 in all components) PTE (Pearson): 58 (minimum 42 in all components) If a student obtains 70% or above for their English language Standard 12 level, awarded by one of the following boards within 10 years of their UEA course commencement, they will be considered for exemption for our English language requirements: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE); Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE); Indian School Certificate (ISC);
