Refund policy Application fee EUR 60 (one-off, non-refundable) for both on-campus and online programmes; Visa Application fee EUR 150 (one-off, non-refundable, on-campus only); Seat Reservation Deposit EUR 500 is explicitly not refundable if they decide not to join (Pharmacy, Global Health, MSc Clinical Psychology); Medical School Entry Visa application and Alien's registration fee EUR 150 non-refundable. The EUR 400 International Student Guarantee is one-off but REFUNDABLE when the student leaves the University.
Visa refusal policy does not use an 'after entry permit' release model. It states that Non-EU students must 'pay at least the first semester's tuition and any applicable fees in advance', that the exact required advance payment is set out in the 'Financial Information attachment provided together with the student's Letter of Acceptance', and that for later semesters students may follow a payment plan in instalments subject to the EUR 1,500 initial registration deposit. Tuition and fees are calculated and charged at the beginning of each semester (Fall and Spring). A late-payment charge of 4% per year applies to overdue instalments, and students with unpaid balances cannot receive grades, transcripts, certificates or re-enrol. No fixed percentage split (e.g. 50% on permit) is published.

Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the final word.
