Remarks
| Refund policy |
Linnaeus University may refund all or part of the tuition fee if there are special reasons preventing the student from taking part in the course or programme; refunds are requested via a 'Request for refund of tuition fees' form and decided by the Section Manager of International Relations after individual assessment. Fees are only refunded if the student has not registered for the studies, and an administrative fee of up to 10,000 SEK applies for refunds (lnu.se paying-tuition-fees page). |
| Visa refusal policy |
Students from non-EU/EEA countries planning to study in Sweden for more than three months must obtain a residence permit for studies, processed by the Swedish Migration Agency (not the university). Those paying tuition must first pay the first tuition fee instalment; Linnaeus University then notifies the Migration Agency. EU/EEA citizens may study without a residence permit (lnu.se residence-permit page). |
Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the
university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution
before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the
final word.
